Seacurefill - Eliminates Boat Refueling Spills!

Seacurefill™ "No-Spill" Fuel Recovery System. The diagram below shows the Seacurefill Deck Unit mounted on deck in close proximity to the fuel fill. The Seacurefill™ unit spliced in-line with the fuel tank vent line. When the clear, "see-thru" jumper hose is attached, the Seacurefill™ unit diverts fuel normally vented overboard. Once the fuel is visible in the hose, stop fueling! Any excess drains back into the fuel tank. With the hose disconnected and the cap replaced, the vent works normally. The optional Fuel Retention and Expansion Tank (patented) allows only a small amount of fuel to enter when fueling. However, it will fill with expanding fuel and allow it to return to the main tank.  As an additional benefit, Seacurefill™ enables and is pre-engineered to accommodate a simple, safe and efficient system for the recovery of harmful fuel vapors, a vacuum system back to the tank farm. These tanks may be mounted vertically or horizontally. No moving parts. Tank pictured is 14" X 14" X 5" for fuel tanks up to 125 gallons. Other FRE Tanks are available for 75, 250 and 500 gallon tank applications. For pictures of damage done to boats over time due to weeping fuel tank vents and fuel spills, click here.
